Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittany Weber.
Hi Brittany, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Similar to a lot of long-lasting relationships, we met through work! We previously worked as Interior Designers at a design and build firm in San Diego with overlapping timelines and realized during that stretch that we each had personal goals to establish our own design firm in the eventual future. Chats about these personal goals led to commonalities about professional goals, and eventually, a game plan to start a business together was well underway. Breaks and lunchtime turned into brainstorming for what we envisioned. Having gone through shared experiences as Interior Designers coming to each other’s aid when we were stuck, reviewing possible solutions for design dilemmas, and coming up with better ones together made our bond stronger. And it taught us that each other’s creativity and integrity along with resilience would make for a great partnership.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Does anyone ever really have a smooth path to success, especially when you’re paving your way as a first-time business owner? We have definitely experienced a learning curve when it comes to finances, systems and processes. We came into the game as three interior designers that knew a lot more about design than we did about operating as a partnership. And over the course of our five years together, we have learned to navigate these struggles by leaning on each other. We have come out stronger and more knowledgeable than ever before.
We’ve been impressed with Triadic Design Studio, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Triadic Design Studio is a full-service, women-led interior design company based in San Diego that serves clients from Imperial Beach to Oceanside and beyond. We specialize in high-end residential, hospitality, commercial interiors, and exteriors. Our mission is simple: create incredible spaces for fabulous people.
Our dedicated team supports you every step of the way, collaborating with architects and contractors to ensure a seamless process with our client’s vision at the forefront. We offer packages tailored to your design needs, from full-service to 2-hour consultations for renovations and new builds.
We are most proud of our resilience. Starting a business is tough, and our first year coincided with a historic global health crisis. Despite these challenges, we pushed through, showing our dedication and adaptability in tough times.

The three of us collaborate closely to create the perfect concept for every project we encounter.
